At Anokey, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your learning experience. If a course doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. Refund Window

Students are eligible to request a refund for a course purchase within 14 days [or 30 days, your choice] of the purchase date.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To prevent platform abuse and protect our instructors' hard work, refunds are only granted if:

  • The request is made within the valid refund window.

  • You have consumed less than 20% of the course content.

  • You have not downloaded any certificates of completion or offline course materials.

  • You have not requested multiple refunds for the same course in the past.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Bundles/Subscriptions: If you purchased a subscription plan, refunds are not available for partial months.

  • Special Promotions: Courses purchased during "Final Sale" or deep-discount events may be exempt from refunds (this will be clearly marked at checkout).

  • Completed Courses: Once a course is 100% complete, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Anokey.com account.

  2. Go to your Purchase History.

  3. Select the course you wish to refund and click "Request Refund."

  4. Provide a brief reason for your request (this helps our instructors improve!).

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: It usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Anokey Credits: Alternatively, you can choose to receive a refund in Anokey Credits, which are added to your account instantly and never expire.

6. Instructor Protection & Abuse

Anokey reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect "Refund Abuse" (e.g., a student consistently buying and refunding courses after viewing a significant portion). In such cases, the student's account may be suspended.


Why this policy works for Anokey:

  • The "20% Rule": This is the industry standard. It gives the student enough time to see if they like the teacher’s style without letting them "steal" the entire education for free.

  • Instant Credits: Offering "Anokey Credits" instead of cash is great for your business because it keeps the money within your platform.
