Return & Refund Policy

At Anokey Global Marketplace, our goal is to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your unique purchase ("Har Andaz Anokey"). However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations.
This policy outlines the rules and procedures for returns and refunds on anokey.com.
You have 7 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Valid Reasons for Return:
Damaged/Defective: The product arrived broken or not functioning.
Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or product.
Not as Described: The product differs significantly from the description or photos on the website.
For health, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers).
Personal hygiene items (swimwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics).
Digital products (software, e-books, gift cards).
Customized/Personalized Products made specifically for you.
We have made the return process simple via your user dashboard:
Log In: Go to your Anokey Dashboard > Order History.
Select Order: Click on the order you wish to return.
Request Return: Click the "Request Return" button.
Upload Evidence: Mandatory: You must upload clear photos/videos of the issue (e.g., the damaged part or the wrong item received).
Review: Our team and the Seller will review the request within 48 hours.
Shipment: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship the product.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Methods:
Option A: Anokey Wallet (Fastest): Refunds are instantly credited to your Anokey Wallet once approved. You can use this balance to buy other items or bid on auctions immediately.
Option B: Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your bank/card, please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to process, depending on your bank.
Seller's Fault: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Seller will bear the return shipping cost (or provide a pre-paid label).
Buyer's Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind (and the seller accepts such returns), You (the Buyer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs.
For orders shipped internationally (e.g., Seller in Pakistan -> Buyer in UAE):
Due to high logistics costs, "Change of Mind" returns are generally not accepted for international orders.
If an international item arrives damaged or incorrect, Anokey may opt to offer a Full/Partial Refund without requiring the item to be shipped back, to save on shipping costs. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.
Items purchased through the Bidding/Auction system are generally sold "As Is." Returns on auction items are only accepted if the item is significantly damaged or completely different from the auction description.
