2. Nature of the Marketplace

Anokey is a Platform: We operate as a multi-vendor marketplace. This means Anokey provides the digital infrastructure for third-party sellers ("Vendors") to list and sell products to buyers.

• Unless explicitly stated as "Sold by Anokey," we are not the seller of record.

• The contract for the sale of goods is directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

• While we help facilitate disputes, Anokey is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised by independent sellers.

3. Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or use the Bidding features.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Buying and Bidding

• Standard Purchases: By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.

• Auction/Bidding Rules:

  • If you place a bid on a product, it is a binding contract.

  • If you are the highest bidder when the auction timer ends (and the reserve price is met), you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.

  • Anokey reserves the right to cancel bids that appear suspicious or fraudulent.

• Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at $0.00 due to a glitch), Anokey or the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. The Anokey Wallet

• Usage: The Anokey Wallet is a digital tool to store refunds, earnings (for sellers), or credits.

• Non-Transferable: Wallet balances cannot be transferred to other users.

• Withdrawals: Sellers may withdraw funds according to the Seller Policy. Buyers generally use wallet balances for future purchases.

• Forfeiture: If an account is banned due to fraud or violation of terms, Anokey reserves the right to freeze or forfeit the wallet balance to cover damages.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for:

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.

• Listing counterfeit or stolen items.

• Interfering with the security features of the website.

• Harassing other users or Anokey support staff.

• circumventing our fee structure (e.g., contacting sellers to buy offline).

7. Intellectual Property

• Anokey Content: All website design, text, graphics, the logo, and the slogan "Har Andaz Anokey" are the intellectual property of Anokey. You may not copy or reproduce this content without permission.

• User Content: By uploading photos or descriptions (as a Seller), you grant Anokey a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and platform operation purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service and all products delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

Anokey does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Anokey, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anokey and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.
